[GEMPAK #DMR-506008]: Adding New Entries to IMGTYP.TBL

Andrew,

I know there are some products that have 256-value lutfil, though most have
between 90 - 128 colors specified.

The actual code, however, scales to 95 colors if the entries in the lutfil are
greater than that number, so you may have difficulty representing and
displaying your area files with a perfect 1-to-1 correspondence between data
value and color. This obvious isn't an ideal way to display satellite images
but it's how GEMPAK works at this point (this 95 color standard has been a
thorn in my side for a while now).

You may need to play around with the entries inyour lutfil to see if you get
the result you're after (remember that after any change made to imgtyp.tbl,
you'll have to exit and re-run whatever gplt program you are using).
