[GEMPAK #DWW-382445]: GEMPAK compiling/installation issues.



I believe this may be an issue with an incomplete build attempted after the 
libXt-devel package was installed, when you probably need to restart the entire 
build from scratch with "make distclean" and then "make all" once again.  If 
this produces the same error (missing libpng.a in $OS_LIB ???) then let me know 
and we will see what else could be the problem.
