[GEMPAK #DKY-490380]: What does this parameter name error mean?

Neil,

"Could not determine parameter name 2 3 203 0" seems to be a fairly common log
message by dcgrib2, I see it frequently my machine. I can't exactly say what
the problem is, but it's likely just a parameter, date/time or level entry that
can't be identified during the decoding of the grib file to gempak format.
