[GEMPAK #DYS-981280]: Can't install GEMPAK



Samuel,

The gen_pqact.csh is an executable script you should run from the command line.
You should not try to source the script contents into your bash environment 
with "."
or "source". Eg,just run the script such as: $NAWIPS/ldm/etc/gen_pqact.csh
