[GEMPAK #RUX-727661]: Ability of GEMPAK to dump/list data files in ASCII format

Yes it is.

93x65 grid points if you set GAREA=dset. If you specify a smaller region,
then you would output fewer grid points (just those point in region).

P06M is output at all times it is available. At other times the grid is P12M
which gdinfo will show you. GEMPAK is able to do the P12M - P06M subtraction to 
create P06M
grids as the intervening times for GFUNC in all plotting programs (eg GDCSV),
but GDINFO will only show what grids actually exist in the file, not all grids
you could possibly calculate.

P--I is inches. P--M is millimeters. These explanations are in the
documentation and tutorial.
