[GEMPAK #HKX-134538]: Reference for error messages

Brian,

These error messages are all contained in the $GEMERR directory.
The IP -10 would be found in the $GEMERR/ip.err file such as:
-10 ! The parameter file for !AS cannot be opened.

The !AS will be replaced with the appropriate input from the program.

If your program is not outputting the error message string in addition
to the error code number, than that is a sign that your environmental variable
GEMERR
is not set in correctly in your environment. That would also follow from the
inability to locate the GEMPARM directory for the parameter file.

And the message GD -2:
-2 ! File !AS cannot be opened.

Probably means that either you are not in the correct dirctory, or your
GDFILE is referencing an environmental variabloe that is not set.

The TG -17 message
-17 ! "LIST" cannot be entered when RESPOND is false.

also indicates that either your gemglb.nts file is missing, or your $GEMNTS
variable is not set.
