[GEMPAK #MIS-122152]: gempak fortran program question

The static stability reoutines would be found in the GEMPAK library under 
gempak/source/gemlib/ps.
You can find the NSHARP gui routines that do similar computations in 
gempak/source/programs/gui/nsharp.
