[GEMPAK #ZTT-514564]: problem w/ oagrid



Jeff,

Your input settings worked for me, and match the computed
navigation etc that you show.

Most likely, you either have a write permission problem in your working 
directory,
or you already have a file that exists in that directory called test.grd.
