[GEMPAK #HJY-524630]: dcgrib2 problem with ensemble data

If you are seeing the "DECODE_GRIB2 -34" error messages, then the
decoder is still not finding the entry for parameters such as:
0 3 5 1
in the table.

Either the table you downloaded from the mail archives is not correctly
formatted (eg, you have to mime unpack the file such as the mail client would 
do),
or the decoder has not restarted.

Check you $GEMTBL/grid/g2varswmo2.tbl file. You should have for the above:
000 003 005 001 Geopotential Height              gpm                  HGHT      
       0  -9999.00

If your file has that line readable, then the decoder should be able to 
identify the parameters if the correct table directory is being used.
