Yong-moon,

The error messages you get above when invoking dcacars is that it cannot locate 
the acars.pack file
whilch is supposed to be in $GEMTBL/pack. This either means that you have not 
sourced the Gemenviron
variables into your environment so that the environmental variable $GEMTBL is 
defined,
or your GEMTBL is not pointing tho the appropriate location.

The other warning messages about the pressure variable and WVMR are status 
messages related to version
of CDL that was used to create the netcdf file. Variables included in the 
NetCDF file have changed over time.
The decoder is able to recognize the presence or absence of several variables 
which may or may not be
present in your supplied file.
