20051026: Gempak Mac OS X binaries on 10.3.x ?

Neil,

The version of Darwin distributed with Tiger OS X supported message
queues, and therefore I was able to create a full binary release.
Older versions of Darwin (those distributed with Jaguar and Panther)
lacked message queue support, and thus you would be able to
compile/run only the GUIs, decoders, and _gf/_nc programs.
Another problem would probably be backward compatibility with gcc.

The key here is that "uname -a" should be something like Darwin 8.2.0.
