20050802: Install problem: Missing Lib.



Eric,

Yes, you will need to install openmotif developers package for headers as well
as the run-time library (or use the binary distribution I provide).

GEMPAK does not use any fotran routine access to NetCDF so it does not need to 
build
the fortran API to NetCDF.
