20050415: 20050414: 20050412: VAD RMS values



Kevin,

I was able to find that the 5 halfwords in the NVW product beginning at byte
62 are the RMS range values, and in your PUX product are those that match the 
OFCM table I currently use, eg 0,4,8,12,16,

I have modified the program now to use these values explicilty just in case
a product defines different RMS ranges..
