20050311: standardizing color in gdplot

Claudia, too fix the colors to specific data values, use a list
of values for FINT instead of the interval/min/max, eg:

FINT=550;600;650;700;750;800;850;900;950;1000;1050

The fline can be either a list or color range as you have.
