Jose,
It sounds like you haven't included the Gempak environmental
variables into your shell (typically by running "source $NAWIPS/Gemenviron"
in a csh [or ". $NAWIPS/Gemenviron.profile" in sh/bash/etc]).
The error messages you have below indicate that GEMPDF, GEMERR, GEMNTS
are not set, which will be done by sourcing the configuration into your
shell environment. Otherwise, it would indicate that you have not
correctly set the NAWIPS environmental variable referenced in those
files).
