20040408: weather project

Daniel,

I created a blank plotting map with a sample set of data here:

The text format listing is decoded data (from original METAR 
bulletins). The web link describes the available fields and conventions.

The link to the case study data set (and instructor answers ;-)
is provided on the web page.
