20040406: 20040406: change log for GEMPAK 5.7



The 5.6.m logs should be in $NAWIPS/versions/v5.6.m
The logs for 5.7.1 re in $NAWIPS/versions/*.log with 5.7.1 release notes
under $NAWIPS/versions/release_notes/v5.7.1.
