20040329: Gempak on Mac OS X

Sam,

I have tested on Panther (Darwin Kernel Version 7.3.0) and there is no message
queue support. The GUIs and decoders will run fine, but not the command line
programs.

Here is an easy test program to compile and run to tell if/when message
queue support exists:
