20040323: contour smoothing in gdthgt?

Robert,

You can add the contur parameter to the program quickly if you
have the source distribution. I've added it to the next release, but if
you don't want to wait I'll post the file changes, or a recompiled
binary. In summary:

Add the contur parameter to the gdtinp.f input function called
by gdthgt.f, and then in gdthgt call IN_CONT ( contur, ier ).
You also have to add the CONTUR parameter to $GEMPARM/gdthgt.prm
and the short help definition to $GEMPDF/gdthgt.pdf.
