20040227: Gempak - linux - no config directory in default binary install package

John,

The binary release does not contain the source to build the distribution.
It contains the executable environment, maps and tables necessary to
run the package as is. Just set up the Gemenviron variables for your
csh environment, source that, and the executable directory $NAWIPS/bin/linux
will be added to your path in addition to setting the other environmental
variables.

See the README file for the Linux binary release also provided in the
current builds download directory, aka:
http://my.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/28/README.
