20030904: 20030828: 20030815: corrupted GEMPAK sounding/upperair files (fwd)

David,

The station 57067 is not currently in the default snstans.tbl for
dcuair. The ****** for SLAT is the fortran way of saying that
-9999,00 for latitude doesn't fit in the FORMAT field specification
(which is F6.2). The missing station is in snstns_land.tbl and can be
added to snstns.tbl to get the lat/lon to appear for this location.
