20030812: GEMPAK 5.6.K available for download

Gempak users,

The Unidata release of GEMPAK 5.6.K is now available for download from
the UPC web portal my.unidata.ucar.edu. A few of the features included in this
release are:
o Addition of PNG display device driver
o Ability to display ZLIB compressed GINI images without uncompressing
  externally
o New programs GPNEXR2 and NEXR2RHI for display of NEXRAD Level II (aka craft)
  data stream products. DCNEXR2 for uncompresing the BZIP2 IDD feed data files.
o NSHARP profiles from point selected in NMAP2
o WOU and WCN bulletin decoder and display improvements
o Grid data improvements for accessing larger data sets by allowing sub-sampling
  of larger grids for display and dignostic calculations.
o Grid table updates for NCEP grid tables 129 and 130, and vertical coordinate
  updates for new levels.
