20020414: 20020406: nex2gini at NSBF



The little endian GINI header is fixed in the 5.6.F version I will be
announcing this week. The tarfile you downloaded was a little early.
It just takes a while to get all the pieces out onto the download portal
with all the typing, so the final tar files have not been made yet.
