Robert,
nex2gini is a program I was working on for 5.6.f. The online docs show
the $GEMHLP files from our development directory as I place them
for distribution.
Tom may be able to point you to some ADDE servers that have the
1km GINI radar image available (ucar, atm, plymouth etc).
