20020123: 20020117: dcgrib problem with TMP.2m.daily file



Andy,

see if you can download rectilinear (CED projection) grids that
have a constant DY grid spacing.

Otherwise, you would have to create a decoding program
that could interpolate from the gaussian grid to
a rectangular grid.
