20010807: Missing synoptic stations/buoy decoding stops

James,

regarding your dcmsfc question first, you should need to add your
-e GEMTBL=/unidata/ldm/5.6/gempak/tables
line to the invocation to find the packing table msfc.pack which
is asking for in the logs.

If GEMTBL is set in the environment that ldm is running under, you will
find the packing file, otherwise, you need to haveit set in the
pqact.conf line. I suggest always using the GEMTBL definition in the
pqact.conf line since it avoids somone restarting the LDM without sourcing the
Gemenviron file first. It looks like when you started, the sb output file
already existed,
so you could write to the file. But, once he new day began and the new file had
to be created, you
couldn't find the packing file, so you see no data decoded.

I'll have to look at the dclsfc decoder to see what the decoding
station/regions are
that I see.
