The file is $GEMTBL/nmap/mod_res.tbl.

In the mod_res.tbl file you will find the list of models that are available for 
each product. Those names correspond to the template in 
$GEMTBL/config/datatype.tbl.
Removing "eta215" for example form all the entries in mod_res.tbl
will prevent eta215 from showing up as one of the possible choices in the GRID
data dialog in NMAP. 

In the $NMAP_RESTORE directory are the gdplot2 nts restore files for each
of the products.
