[Datastream #TRO-696390]: Peoblems with missing radials on Level 2 feed?

Since we typically don't actively look at the data, the easiest way
that you can see if we are or are not experiencing the same problems
as you are reporting is to download NEXRAD2 radar files from our
TDS server and make your own comparisons:

thredds.ucar.edu

thredds-test.unidata.ucar.edu

On both:

Radar Data -> NEXRAD Level II Radar WSR-88D
