Unfortunately no.

Again, the answer is no.

The data we make available are in their original formats, and those include
GRIB, GRIB2, netCDF classic, netCDF4, McIDAS AREA, and other binary
format. Our THREDDS data servers make the data that they serve available in
netCDF/netCDF4 format. We do not generally make data available in, for instance,
CSV.

There are a number of packages available from us that can use the data
in their native formats and others that have "decoding" components that
convert the data into binary formats that are package specific. The
packages that are most flexible are:

IDV
MetPy
AWIPS

We also maintain a page of links to packages written and supported by
others that are capable of/designed to use data in netCDF format. The
list of those packages can be found in the netCDF portion of our
website, http://www.unidata.ucar.edu.

Cheers,

Tom
