[Datastream #RTH-488129]: Missing data

A major storm yesterday filled our GOES-15 satellite
dishes with snow, and that resulted in errors in
data reception and corresponding data loss.  The snow
has been cleared out of the dishes, and we are expecting
ingestion to return to normal as the day progresses.
