[Datastream #MQU-657040]: L2 products sent in NIMAGE

It "feels" like all of your problems are related to the Python
installation.  If I were you, I would install miniconda3 in the
HOME directory of your LDM user (you don't need 'root' to install
the package) and then add the needed other packages.

ldm.py is the other package that was niggling my brain about needing
to be installed.

This is doubtful.

I seem to recall that I:

- installed miniconda3 as per instructions on:

  https://docs.conda.io/en/latest/miniconda.html

- added ~ldm/miniconda3/bin to the PATH of the user
  running the LDM and made sure that the new PATH
  was in scope (i.e., would be used)

- installed netcdf4 and ldm using the instructions
  on the same page

  conda install netcdf4
  conda install ldm

I think that was all I had to do.
