We, Unidata Program Center of UCAR, do not long archives any of the
data that we make available, so we can not help you with your
request.

You can probably get the data you need from NOAA's National Centers
for Environmental Information (NCEI formerly known as the National
Climatic Data Center) as they are responsible for maintaining the
U.S.' national archive of weather data:

https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/
