[Datastream #GWC-975899]: Missing Band 2 for GOES-17 since 20190327.2030

Hi Fred,

Quick update on lack of GOES-17 channel 2 imagery:

We rebooted our GOES-17 GRB 200 receiver in the hope that
would restore processing of channel 2 imagery, but this
was not the case.  Examination of CSPP GEO ingest log and
event files shows that the last GOES-17 channel 2 image
was received yesterday at 14:46:27 MDT which is 20:46:27 UTC.

As a sanity check, I sent a note off to the folks in the SSEC
Data Center to see if they are successfully creating GOES-17
channel 2 images; I'm waiting to hear back from them.

How NOAAPort has current GOES-17 channel 2 imagery is a
mystery to me at this moment (but I see that it does)...
