[Datastream #BBW-757511]: GOES-15 08:30 scan missing

No worries.

To finish off the thought on why the scans around 8:30 UTC are getting
classified into the WEST/OTHER dataset instead of the WEST/NH dataset:

If you display the images close to 08:30 UTC from the WEST/OTHER
dataset on goeswest.unidata.ucar.edu, you will see that the coverage
is measurably different from the images that are being classified into
the WEST/NH dataset.
