[Datastream #BBW-757511]: GOES-15 08:30 scan missing

I notice that the 08:30 UTC NH image is available this morning, but the
08:00 one is not.

Quite frankly, I don't know.  Examination of the ingest log files on
goeswest.unidata.ucar.edu indicates that there should be 08:30 images,
but they don't show up in lists generated by the ADDE server.  This
is a very strange situation that I have no ready explanation for, sorry.
