[Datastream #UFY-604748]: NEXRAD Level III question

OK, interesting.  Thanks for the update!

Before seeing this note, I opened a new ticket in the Python department of
our inquiry tracking system.  I just updated that ticket to include the
info that you are able to display the file after stripping off the 
NOAAPort broadcast header.

Ryan will likely still want to interact with you since he already has
logic in MetPy that should strip out the header before trying to
display the contents of NEXRAD Level III files like the one you sent
in previously.
