[Datastream #SSJ-700608]: help downloading images from SSEC Data Center

I don't understand what you mean by this statement.

If you are saying that you are having trouble using 'wget' to download
the images from the Unidata-Wisconsin archive, then I can assure you
that one can use 'wget' to get the images -- I downloaded one image
this morning while still at home to make sure that everything works
correctly.

Here is the 'wget' invocation I used one image:

wget --user=xxxxx --password=xxxxx --no-check-certificate 
idd.ssec.wisc.edu/uniwisc/urequest/20160401/201604010000.antarcticir
