[Datastream #AVC-136424]: Grib2 National Mosaics

I am not sure why the THREDDS catalog for this product is so old; it
shouldn't be.

The products are created and distributed in our Internet Data Distribution
system (IDD) in near realtime.  Sites participating in the IDD typically
receive this composite within a few seconds of when they are created.

The up to date data is also available outside of a THREDDS context:

http://motherlode.unidata.ucar.edu
Raw [unconverted] data archives -> radar -> composite -> grib2 -> N0R

These (and lots more) products are open to the world, but:

- we maintain this data access for our primary constituents, U.S.
  universities that have atmospheric science or related programs

- we reserve the right to block sites whose "web scraping" for data
  causes problems with our machines ability to perform their primary
  functions

The data in question is available on 4 "motherlode class" machines
in the same web hierarchy:
