Hi Michael, 

We, the Unidata Program Center,are not an archive center. We distribute real 
time data, primarily from NOAA.
NOAA's archive center is the NCEI and that is the "official" archive. Not sure 
what other data you might be seeking?

The URL for NCEI is:

https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/

Other companies, like Weather Bug and Weather Underground ~may have wind data, 
but we do  not have access to that data.
