Fwd: NOAA/ESRL/GSD systems maintenance - 9/9/2014

All ESRL/GSD Data Users,

NOAA/ESRL/Global Systems Division (GSD) will be upgrading its DMZ & Collaboration Zone storage systems on Tuesday, September 9, from 8:00am to 2:00pm MDT. A variety of externally-facing web, ftp, and LDM services will be taken off-line for part or all of this maintenance window.

To minimize the disruption to data users, we are coordinating this outage with a maintenance window for 'jet', the NOAA RDHPCS system responsible for GSD's RAP, HRRR, and FIM products (and other data sets). Consequently, this work may shift depending on storm activity and NWS Critical Weather Data status.
