[Datastream #UEM-203304]: question about data

I don't think that the GFS global output is available hour (yet), at least
we are not getting it either in CONDUIT or NOAAPort/NGRID.  ECMWF may have
hourly global output, but a quick tour of their web site did not reveal itself
to me.  I also checked a few of the modeling centers contributions to
TIGGE, and they all look like their output is every 6 hours (on synoptic
times).

I will as if anyone else in Unidata knows of a hourly model output.
