What are you using to transfer the images to your site? It may be
that your site gets blacklisted from trying to transfer too many

This strongly suggests that some automatic controls are kicking in to
limit your transfers. I could be more definite if I better understood
how you are doing the transfers/requests.

Have you considered setting up an LDM feed for the data and then
managing your own local archive?

Please send us more detailed information on how you are trying to download
the files you are interested in so we can better comment on the best
way for you to proceed.

Cheers,

Tom
