OK, this is as I thought: you are not getting data from us (Unidata
Program Center/UCAR); you are getting your feed directly from WSI
Corporation.

Since you are accessing the USPLN lightning data via port 2123,
you are using a service that we do not support and have no
familiarity with.  Given this, we believe that it would be best
for you to contact WSI directly.
