[Datastream #AXO-913368]: lightning data

We do not archive either NLDN or USPLN lightning data, and, even if we
did, we would not be allowed to redistribute the data by the organizations
that provide the data (Vaisala for NLDN lightning data, and WSI for USPLN
lightning data).

Your best bet is to contact WSI directly and ask if they have the USPLN
data for the date(s) you are looking for; we believe that Vaisala would
not provide archive data to you for free.  The contact at WSI for lightning
