[Datastream #AAC-855405]: satellite data via LDM

The only near-real-time/real-time source of satellite data is via
McIDAS ADDE, not LDM.

We operate ingesters for GOES-East/West/South America here in UCAR. The
relevant information is:

server                       dataset Group name
----------------------------+------------------
goeseast.unidata.ucar.edu    EAST
goeswest.unidata.ucar.edu    WEST
goessouth.unidata.ucar.edu   SOUTH

All of these can be accessed via McIDAS-X, IDV, and McIDAS-V.
Each of these applications can save the data requested to
local files for use in other applications.
