[Datastream #ENP-213844]: HRRR FSL2 Stream down?

Hi Joe, 

Seeing the same thing here, must be a problem at NOAA/GSD. I am sending a note 
there way.
They are ingesting the HRRR from another machine, perhaps it went down.

Will keep you posted.
