[Datastream #MYJ-514640]: ECMWF Models

Hi James, 

Again, the IDV can read ECMWF output, we do not provide access to the ECMWF 
data. 

The ECMWF group only avails a small portion of the output to be publicly 
available in real time, the rest is delayed or charged for.
