[Datastream #POH-579309]: Question about access to old satellite imagery

Hi again Oscar,

I forgot to include the following in my previous email:

Checkout the GEW-IR, GEW-VIS, GEW-WV images available
via ADDE (through McIDAS or IDV) in the RTIMGES dataset
on adde.ucar.edu.  The images are composites of GOES-East
and GOES-West sectors created whenever both GOES-East
and GOES-West sectors are available (nominally each half
hour).  The coverage provided by the composites is very nice
for users down to about the equator.

I have attached a screen capture of the most recent of
the GEW-IR images from McIDAS so you can see what
the coverage of the composites is.
