IMPORTANT: Resume switch to new MADIS distribution system

All MADIS users,

We have repaired the problems that caused problems a week ago on the
new distribution system, and would like you to resume geting data from
it.  Our plan is still to move all users off of the old system by
August 14.

For any recently added users who did not see the original email
on moving to the new servers, this is included below.

All MADIS users,

We have established an upgraded distribution system for all MADIS data
users, and would like you to switch to it as soon as convenient, but
please do so by August 14.
We plan on turning off the old systems COB Mountain time Friday August 14.
