NMQ HTTP data server maintenance

Hi everyone,

   As part of our system maintenance we've had to run a file system check
on the machine that serves the NMQ data via HTTP.  During this time the NMQ
data will not be accessible.  Once the check is complete, all data during
this outage will be available.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
